My Bible Story

When Naomi lost her husband and sons, she decided to return to Israel. Ruth, her daughter‑in‑law, refused to leave her. Ruth said, “Your people will be my people, and your God my God.” She worked hard in the fields to provide for Naomi. God saw her faithfulness and blessed her greatly — she became the great‑grandmother of King David.

What This Teaches Us
