My Bible Story

Jesus called Himself the “Good Shepherd.” A good shepherd protects, feeds, guides, and cares for the sheep. Pastors do the same — they teach God’s Word, pray for people, and guide the church just like Jesus guides us. Sheep know their shepherd’s voice and follow him.

What This Teaches Us

  • Pastors care for our spiritual growth.
  • Jesus is the perfect Shepherd.
  • We should respect and pray for our pastors.
  • Good leaders love their people.

Memory Verse

“I am the good shepherd.” — John 10:11

Activities

  • Sheep & Shepherd Craft: Cotton-ball sheep with a shepherd figure.
  • Pastor Appreciation Cards: Children write thank-you notes.
  • Follow the Shepherd Game: Kids follow a leader’s voice.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, thank You for pastors who guide us. Help me follow Your voice always. Amen.
