My Bible Story

Daniel prayed to God three times a day. When jealous leaders tricked the king into banning prayer, Daniel continued praying anyway. He was thrown into the lions’ den, but God sent an angel to shut the lions’ mouths. God protected Daniel because he prayed faithfully.

What This Teaches Us

  • Prayer is powerful communication with God.
  • We should pray daily, no matter what.
  • God hears and answers every prayer.
  • Prayer strengthens our faith and courage.

Memory Verse

“Pray without ceasing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Activities

  • Prayer Clock: Kids make clocks showing prayer times.
